Habitats and Adaptations
Goal: Students will observe and explain the habitats around them and adaptations that help animals survive.
Objectives:
Students will construct explanations of what helps different animals survive (2.L.5A.2).
Students will construct explanations and find examples of characteristics of organisms that are inherited from parents and the environment (4.L.5A.4).
Students will construct explanations for and experience how camouflage allows animals to survive in the environment (4.L.5B.3).
